TELEPHONE OUTAGE - TUES 21st MAY

Due to building works at The Bell Surgery, electricity to our telephone system will be off between about 1 and 3pm today. Our phone system will divert to our mobile, the number for which is below, but if you can hold off calling until after 3pm it will be much appreciated. You can always email us on thehartsurgery@nhs.net. Note that after 3pm this mobile will be no longer be in use.

Complaints

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.

However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint and if this is the case we wish to know about it.  The Hart Surgery follows the NHS complaint procedure and if you should want to make a formal complaint then please do contact Sarah Moberly, the Practice Manager in writing either by letter or email via thehartsurgery@nhs.net . We take all complaints seriously and will get back to you when we have investigated the matter. 

If you feel you do not want to complain directly to us then you should contact NHS England who is responsible for purchasing primary care services ie GPs.  You can do this by contacting
